In the ordering process, we do collect personal information, however all information is encrypted. Any information that is printed, is then shredded and nothing is stored in our systems. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, never have and never will.
Return Policy
All returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to have each customer be delighted with their order. Occasionally something goes goofy, so in that case, we make it right. No one goes away disappointed.
We welcome returns. The full price of the item may be refunded, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
Products that are in stock are shipped within 2 business days. Products that are made to order or not in stock, ship between 2 to 4 weeks. Most orders ship within 2 weeks, but if we expect any delay, we will contact you. You're welcome to call or email with any availability questions prior to placing your order.
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), using FIrst Class service or Priority Mail service. Priority Mail service is a 2-3 day service in most areas of the country. If you require a faster service, please call or send an email.
